Ultrasound of the abdomen One of the most common tests performed in medical practice. There is the upper abdomen exam which aims to assess and identify diseases in the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, and the Total Abdomen exam, which in addition to the pointed organs also assesses the kidneys and adrenals, large vessels (aorta and vena cava) urinary bladder and abdominal cavities.

Ultrasound of the joints Study that allows dynamic assessment of joints such as: shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles, as well as the adjacent anatomical structures: muscles, tendons (tendinitis), bursae (bursitis), among others.

Ultrasound for blood circulation / Vascularization There is a type of ultrasound called Color Doppler. Transvaginal ultrasound This examination is done by inserting the transducer (equipment used to acquire the images) into the woman's vaginal canal. Therefore, it can only be performed on non-virgin patients. It is useful for evaluating the uterus, ovaries, endometrium (internal part of the uterus) and other structures of the female pelvis.
